Cost
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

No restocking fees will be charged.

Exchanges

To arrange an exchange, please contact our team:

Email support@eluneth.com with your order number and the replacement item you would like.
Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
Our team will guide you through the process and help you choose a replacement item.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please email support@eluneth.com as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once your order has been processed, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
The process generally takes up to 7 business days, although bank processing times may vary.
No restocking fees are applied to your refund amount.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Problems with Your Order

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@eluneth.com and provide:

Your order number
A description of the defect
Photos of the problem and of the packaging

After verification, you may choose between a free replacement or a full refund. We will cover return shipping costs for these items, if a return is required.
